These Terms of Service, which also serve as our End User License Agreement (the "Terms"), govern your access to and use of the software, applications, and services provided by RealTime Systems LLC ("RealTime Systems," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
RealTime Systems provides marketing, automation, and internal business software, including tools that help our clients collect information, manage outreach and follow-up, and handle billing and invoicing workflows. Some services connect to third-party platforms on your behalf to perform these functions.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or their underlying systems.
Our services may connect to third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit) for invoicing and accounting, and messaging providers for SMS and email. Your use of those platforms through our services is also subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We access third-party data only to perform the functions you have authorized, and we do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
You retain ownership of the data you or your authorized users provide to or access through the services. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any data you place into the services.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including messaging and privacy regulations. You may not use the services to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited content, or in any way that could harm the services or other users.
The services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by RealTime Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealTime Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
