Who we are

RealTime Systems LLC ("RealTime Systems," "we," "us") operates realtimesystems.ai. This policy explains what we collect across the site and how we use it.

Information we collect

Through our general booking qualifier, we may collect the service you are inquiring about and the industry in which you work.

Through our closet-company application, we may collect your role, annual revenue range, weekly job capacity, full name, email address, phone number, state, and city.

Other service-specific applications may collect a business name, role, goals, current marketing platforms, budget range, timeline, and other details shown in the applicable form.

Through our booking calendars, we collect the information and appointment details you submit when selecting a meeting time.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to operate the site securely.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, qualify fit, check market availability, route visitors to the appropriate calendar, schedule calls, provide services, and follow up by email, phone, or SMS when permitted.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising, understand visits to the site, and identify where visitors leave our booking quizzes. Meta may receive standard visit information, quiz-step identifiers, and the identifier of a selected multiple-choice option. We do not send submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-form contact details, or consent selections to Meta.

You can adjust Meta's use of browsing data through Meta's Ad Preferences. The production site honors the Global Privacy Control signal by preventing the pixel from loading when that signal is present.

Service providers

Service providers help us operate the site and respond to inquiries. These may include Vercel for website hosting, HighLevel and LeadConnector for customer relationship management and appointment scheduling, Meta for the advertising measurement described above, and providers used to send email and SMS messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

SMS messaging

When a form includes an SMS disclosure next to its submission button, providing your phone number and submitting that form records your agreement to receive the informational messages described there. Other forms may use a separate optional SMS selection. Details about message categories, opt-out instructions, and carrier terms are provided in our SMS Policy.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email info@realtimesystems.ai and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle inquiries, provide services, meet legal obligations, and maintain normal business records.

When you make an SMS consent choice, we may retain the consent language shown, your selection, the date and time, the source page, and related submission details as needed to document that choice and comply with messaging requirements.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
