Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service, which also serve as our End User License Agreement (the "Terms"), govern your access to and use of the software, applications, websites, and services provided by RealTime Systems LLC ("RealTime Systems," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The services
RealTime Systems provides AI consulting, lead generation, marketing, automation, and internal business software. These services may help clients collect information, manage outreach and follow-up, schedule appointments, and operate billing or invoicing workflows.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use applicable services for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or their underlying systems.
Third-party integrations
Our services may connect to third-party customer relationship management, calendar, messaging, payment, accounting, advertising, and automation platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We access third-party data only to perform authorized functions.
Your data
You retain ownership of data that you or your authorized users provide to or access through the services. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for data you place into the services.
SMS messaging
Use of the RealTime Systems Messaging Program is governed by our SMS Policy. When a form displays an SMS disclosure next to its submission button, providing your phone number and submitting the form records your agreement to receive the informational messages described in that disclosure. Other forms may use a separate optional SMS selection.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including messaging and privacy regulations. You may not use the services to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited content, interfere with operation of the services, or harm other users.
Intellectual property
The services, including software, design, systems, and content we provide, are owned by RealTime Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights beyond the limited license granted above.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealTime Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to use of the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
