The messaging program

The RealTime Systems Messaging Program may send informational text messages related to a submitted inquiry, qualification status, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and reminders.

Enrollment and consent

On the closet-company application, you consent to informational SMS messages by providing your phone number and submitting the form after the SMS disclosure shown next to the submission button.

Other RealTime Systems forms may use a separate optional SMS selection. The consent method and message subjects are stated on the applicable form before submission.

Message categories

Informational messages may include inquiry and qualification updates, scheduling links, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related alerts directly connected to your request.

The program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Frequency and charges

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with RealTime Systems. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and assistance

Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email info@realtimesystems.ai to request removal.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and data sharing

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
